CRM Administrator/ Developer

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled CRM Administrator/Developer to join our team. As a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customizing CRMs (preferably Zoho), you will play a crucial role in optimizing our CRM system. This position requires expertise in database administration and Deluge scripting. The CRM Administrator/Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our CRM system, along with developing custom reports and integrations to enhance the efficiency of our sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Administer the CRM system, including user management, data entry, and reporting.
Develop custom reports and integrations to streamline operations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the CRM system meets the evolving needs of the business.
Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues efficiently.
Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Build out new workflows with a focus on eliminating as much manual input as possible in all departments
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience customizing CRMs, particularly Zoho.
Strong proficiency in database administration and Deluge scripting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with workflows and API integration is highly desirable.
