CRM Administrator/ Developer

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Pennsylvania)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled CRM Administrator/Developer to join our team. As a highly motivated candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customizing CRMs (preferably Zoho), you will play a crucial role in optimizing our CRM system. This position requires expertise in database administration and Deluge scripting. The CRM Administrator/Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our CRM system, along with developing custom reports and integrations to enhance the efficiency of our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the CRM system, including user management, data entry, and reporting.

  • Develop custom reports and integrations to streamline operations.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the CRM system meets the evolving needs of the business.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues efficiently.

  • Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.

  • Build out new workflows with a focus on eliminating as much manual input as possible in all departments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience customizing CRMs, particularly Zoho.

  • Strong proficiency in database administration and Deluge scripting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with workflows and API integration is highly desirable.
